RETURNS,REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At WishWearCart, your satisfaction is our top priority. Follow these steps to handle cancellations, address mistakes, returns, and exchanges effectively:

1) Order Cancellation and Address Mistakes:

Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, cancellations will be accepted before the products get dispatched.

Address or Order Mistakes:

Before Shipping: If you notice a mistake in your order or shipping address after receiving the confirmation email, contact us immediately via

After Business Hours: Leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and order number. We will address your concern as soon as possible.

After Shipping: No changes can be made once the order has been shipped. Any re-shipping will incur additional charges.

2) Returns and Exchanges:

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged beyond wearability upon receipt. To process a return or exchange:

Unpacking Video: Ensure you record an uninterrupted unboxing video from the initial courier package to the end of the product. Without this video, no complaints will be entertained.

Timeframe: Requests made within 48 hours of delivery will be processed. Complaints made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

Damaged Products: Return the damaged product intact to the address provided by us.

Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any additional items.

Product Variations: Slight differences in color tone from product images due to monitor settings are not eligible for return or exchange

Incorrect or Damaged Items: Replacements are only provided if the wrong package or a damaged product is received.
