1. Order Placement and Payment:
Free Shipping: Orders of ₹599 or more qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹69 applies to orders below ₹599, which is non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the minimum order value is ₹399, and an additional charge of ₹100 applies for delivery. Please note that COD orders will be dispatched only after a manual verification call.
Ensure that the pin code provided for Cash on Delivery is accurate.
When opting for Cash on Delivery, you will receive your package only after the payment is made.
We kindly ask that you do not accept the order if it shows any signs of tampering.
Please make sure that someone is available at the shipping address to pay in cash with the exact amount. Note that credit/debit cards are not accepted. If you encounter any issues, please report them immediately via WhatsApp at 9000133103 (11 AM – 6 PM) or email us at support@wishwearcart.com.
2. Order Dispatch:
Processing Time: We process and dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeline:
General Timeline: Deliveries typically take 4-12 working days.
Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery is usually completed within 4-7 working days.
Tier 2, Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: Delivery may take 8-12 working days.
Possible Delays: There may be delays of 2-3 days depending on the delivery location.
4. Address and Contact Information:
Complete Address: Ensure your address includes House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.
City, State, Zip Code: Verify that City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details are accurate to avoid misrouting.
Phone Number: Provide a correct and reachable phone number (preferably mobile) for any delivery-related queries.
5. Receiving Your Order and Modifications:

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
